TBPS PTO NEWS

Looking for some indoor family fun? Join us in the TBPS gym on Friday, Feb. 10th from 6-8:30 pm for our Annual Contra Dance. Bring clean inside shoes and a water bottle and get ready for fun and laughter!

The PTO is always looking for volunteers to help with organizing our community events, as well as parents and teachers to attend meetings. If you have ideas for additional events or have a few hours a month to volunteer, contact Sherrie James at 244-5550, sjamesbuilder@pshift.com or come and sit in on a meeting.

Due to schedule conflicts the PTO has changed the dates of our next 3 meetings. Wed. 2/8, 3/7, 4/4 and in May we will go back to the first Monday of each month. All meetings begin at 6 p.m. in the TBPS conference room and free childcare is always available.

Text Box: Spirit Days at Thatcher Brook See the awesome pictures on page 3 I bet your students are coming home pretty excited about things like "crazy hair day" and "pajama day."  What is this all about you ask? We are in the middle of our second "booster' period for the year.  We are dedicated to catching kids DOING THEIR BEST for the months of January and February.  Students are being recognized for their academic successes as well as the behavior. DOING YOUR BEST is pretty universal, and boy are the students working hard. They are, in turn, being recognized for their BEST work... which bring us to crazy hair. I'm sure you all saw the cover of the Waterbury Record last week. And this Friday we get to wear PAJAMAs to school!  Stay tuned for more spirit days to come!
